I don't recall anyone asking this lately so here goes! How many of you fine people kept your New Years Resolution and, just for the record, what was that resolution?

I never made one, but I had planned on losing some weight this year. I actually started before Christmas and have lost 10 lbs! Yeah!! I never actually put the "label" of New Years resolution on it because I didn't want to be that strict on myself. When I do that, it always ends in failure and me not being happy with myself.

One resolution was to diet. My wife and I started Atkins January 1. I have lost 15 lbs. so far. My wife and I (special occasion)did have bread and a baked potato once last week though. The other resolution was really just a continuation. It was to continue to not smoke. Last cigarette was November 1.

I started smoking at about 7:30 p.m. on the Jan. 1st. Maybe someday I will be able to fully quit, hopefully before it comes time for academy enterance physical exams. [Wink]

Okay, I'll fess, I made a New Years resolution to stop skirting around issues! I failed!
