    I've had the same billing addy for 10 years...and I was having the item shipped to my PD. I placed an order using the SAME card 2 weeks ago and it got delivered just fine. Arrrrgggg...!

    When I ordered the dog kennel and accessories over the phone, i was having it shipped to my home and i have a PO Box for my mail. They had to ask me a few more questions due to the total amount of the order and the two addresses.

    As for a private mailbox company, you can also open a post office box at your local post office Granted, UPS wont deliver there, but we do tons of Ebay business at our post office. The only things the post office wont deliver nowadays is huge things...like my dog kennel.

    I agree it is a bummer. I do some trading on ebay, and prefer items to be sent to my private mailbox company. That way I know it is received and left secure, not sitting on my front door step.

    Tex...we had that included, though I believe it might be do to the amount of $$$ the new pc cost. Now I must wait another day until I get the new pc with all its toys included.

    Some require the billing address on the CC and your mailing address (or at least the shipping address) to match. Helps to prevent fraud.

    Shooter, we received this message when we tried to purchase a new pc via the internet:

    Thank you for your recent order with hpshopping.com. We review all orders according to industry

    Then in the next email we get their regrets that they are unable process the order. Maybe they are just trying to stop CC fraud/theft. Either way it will delay our new pc. Good Luck Dude with your order.

    How is it, in this day and age, a CC approval company can have the WRONG billing information in their records?

    I ordered an item last night, but today, get an e-mail saying my billing info is incorrect and the order can't be processed.

    Calling my CC company indicated NO problem on their end, but didn't help my situation, either. I use this card all the time with ZERO problems until now. WTF?
