Woman Offers Free House
WOODBRIDGE, Va. -- If you move it, you own it. That's what a Virginia woman said about a three-bedroom house on her property that she's trying to get rid of.
The house sits on a plot of land Nancy Acken Conatser is selling to a developer. If nobody accepts her offer, the house will be destroyed.
The house belonged to her late parents. It's assessed at about $140,000.
Conatser said that she expects the sale of the land to be completed next month -- and hopes someone will take the house before that's done.
