I like West Virginia's thinking on this one... hopefully, GA will do the same. Bloomberg has hammered some gun shops down here...

      I don't see how what they're doing isn't criminal

Our current governor, Bob McDonnell, used to be the attorney general. In that position, he sent Mayor Bloomberg a "cease and desist" letter and informed him that his 'agents' could be subject to arrest if they tried to do one of their sting operations here in the Old Dominion. Give 'em hell, Governor!!

Perhaps Mr. Bloomberg and his ilk should consider trying to control THEIR criminals - rather than OUR guns.

P.S. On the Second Amendment front, our state seems to be moving forward........as our state legislature is about to pass a repeal of our idiotic "one gun per month" law, as well as the silly prohibition on carrying concealed weapons (by those with permits, of course) into ABC-licensed restaurants, provided they don't drink.

Since Mayor Bloomberg is so anit-gun, I would like him to ask his NYPD security detail not to carry their firearms. Have fun riding the subway Mike.

If President Obama meant what he said on the campaign trail, then he should have told Bloomie to respect other communities laws and keep his PIs in NYC. (Or was he making that stuff up? )

The people doing these "investigations" should themselves be arrested, they are breaking the law themselves by trying to illegally buy guns. The surrounding states should all send people into NYC and try to buy about anything under the sun, and no doubt they will succeed.

NYC is a cancer, and it tries to blame it's ills on the Metastatic tumors that it spreads.
