WHITESVILLE, KY (WFIE) - A former principal of a Daviess County catholic school is facing sexual misconduct charges.
Authorities tell 14 News that Allison Brant used to be the principal of St. Mary's School in Whitesville, KY.
She resigned from her post in the last week.
Kentucky State Police are investigating rape charges against Brant. Police are saying the charges are rape in the third degree or statutory rape.
Third-degree rape is someone age 21 or older engaging in sexual intercourse with someone under 16.
