  • A moment of your time... version 2

    Hello,

This semester I am taking a class on Women in Law Enforcement.

For this class I am conducting surveys, and I am branching out onto the internet to see how answers change with the location. If you have a couple minutes, I would greatly appreciate it if you could fill out my survey.

Again, this version is for sworn women only. Guys and non-sworn, I am working on surveys for you too, I just don't have them online yet.

    Women In Law Enforcement Survey

    Thanks!
As promised, here is the next in this series of surveys. This version is for non-sworn people of either gender. Thank you so much for your time. I expect the 3rd survey, for male officers, to be up sometime tonight or tomorrow.

this is for non-sworn but I wish you would have asked this question on the sworn survey.

                        3. Law enforcement officers are trained in the use of firearms, do you think women or men are better at using firearms? Are men or women more likely to use their firearm?

                          Really, why is that?

On that question I was trying to get reactions from people who may not have experience with firearms.

I've noticed that women here in my dept. will shoot faster/ and draw a gun faster because they don't want to get into a physical fight. and get away with it.... also this is the typical senario for our annual requal. men and women get on the line and shoot. typically most women will fail, and get their gun taken. then the get to go the next day and shoot, by themself and magically impore their score 80=100 points to qualify, but this time there is noone around.
