No particular site. However, there are quite a few threads on this forum with the different scheduling formats.

i know the format i want. i have a sheriff that has to know the pro's and cons and like case study to support ideas. im trying to find and artical or study on the 2-2-3 schedule so i can get the current shift we work changed for better coverage. any info would be great, magazine's anything.
