I'm not sure if all of the Seattle PD incidents have been getting national attention. This is the latest.
During a radio interview with a local Pastor, the pastor suggested that the tires should have been shot out. When asked if he had ever tried to hit the tires of a moving vehicle, the pastor replied that he had not, but all cops should be able to! (Wouldn't you folks love to spend the additional weeks on the practice range
)
Is this an example of the availability of Less Than Leathal tool/tactics creating unsafe expectations by the communities?
