Deputy Sheriff Steven Seagal??

Whats this I hear Steven Seagal has been a cop for the last 20 years in Jefferson Parish County.

Anybody know if he goes out on the road or just trains the other deputys/officers in hand to hand combat?

Nola.com ran the article sometime in Nov. stating he will be running with A&E as they film him playing a JPSO deputy! He was their for Katrina. Anderson Cooper had a run in with im and many NOPD/bars in the Quarter have his face on their dart boards!

He was very close with Harry Lee, but I would ultimately like to know if he's actually been POST certified in La! Unless he's just been a reserve his "20" yrs, working "major cases" as the news reported!

Maybe he should do a "Rookies" cameo.

Found out on Wikipedia that 80's action star Steven Seagal is currently a certfied Deputy Sheriff in Jefferson Parrish LA. A&E will begin filming a show called Steven Seagal Lawman following him around on and off duty..

He's actually a deputy chief The guy doesn't impress me, he comes and goes while we remain here doing the job. Not like he's actually going to do something, as the risk of him getting killed or injured wouldn't make the department look good.

NOt only did it hit rock bottom, He does have that DV stuff. I dont know if the GF-wife pressed charges but I do know she was banged up and there were pics.
Its all in goo PR for JPSO and for him, hell everyone needs a job. So. thats what they did, as far as making a show about it, that equals nothing but crap, lies and over the top mush.
