I used to be a huge Pearl Jam fan but not anymore. Not that I don't like them, but I'm done drooling over Eddie Vedder.

I don't really have a favorite anymore. I listen to a variety of things at work, but really need to change the selection I have in my cd wallet.

Depending on my mood at work, I'll put on Tool, Disturbed, Godsmack, Metallica, Dave Matthews, Natalie Merchant, Bruce Springsteen, Janis Joplin, The Righteous Bros...

There is one cd I listen to every so often at work. People think I'm out there when I have it on (ok, so maybe I am out in left field), but it's The Bobby Darin Story. I love Mack the Knife.

      VNV NATION!!!!
It took me forever to be able to say that I have a favorite band. But VNV Nation is IT. They're an industrial synth pop group.

      Others I like:
      wumpscut
black tape for a blue girl
      The Cure
      nine inch nails
      Tool
      Pink Floyd

      & so many more...

          QUEEN!!
          Faith Hill
          Shania Twain
(dont jump to the conclusion I like country, cuz Im very picky about the country music I listen to)
And...I know this will be critisized but...I love listening to Kid Rock, and I dont feel I need to justify why I enjoy his music.

I love a very wide variety of artists. From classical to some SOFT rap. I hate the hard core gangster crap, thats not talent at all.

Not from me! Rock kicks a**! Especially when he does some "real" singing. Check out his duet with Willie Nelson sometime..."Last Stand in Open Country". "The F Word" with Hank Jr. is good, too.

            I like his Coor's commercial..."Hey, don't look at me...it IS early".

KidRock did a duet with Sheryle Crow on his one CD and it was sooo pretty. He really does have talent, ya just gotta look past the attitudes he portrays. I listen to him everyday at work, and I never get sick of him.

Weird how I started listening to him. I was watching an MTV special where some artists went over and performed for our troops in Germany right after the bombing last year, and he was one that went. Things he said and did earned some respect from me. Im not saying he's a role model citizen, Im just saying, I can respect some on of his view points and he did NOT have to go and support our troops the way he did. After that show I went and bought his first CD and loved it, then I bought the next one and loved that one even more. So now, I guess Im a kid rock fan.

I'm with FLlawdog with that good 'ole classic rock, I can't get enough of it.

But I'd say my alltime favorite band is Pink Floyd. Other favorites include

                      Queen
                      Bon Jovi
                      ACDC
                      Boston
                      The Doors
                      The Who
                      Led Zeppelin
                      Hendrix
                      Buffett
                      Clapton
                      Rolling Stones

                      I'm sure I'm forgetting many.

I can't stand answering questions like this because there are SOOO many bands and types of music that I like I always leave someone out.
                          Oh well
