I do not carry a handbag but i carry a wallet the size of my hand. (Let's see someone try to take it off me!) My thing i can't live without is dental floss. Just a little disc of it that sits behind my debit card.

I carry a planner with me at all times. If I do not have my planner I feel lost. I have all my important items in that planner too to include my subway free sandwhich cards lol.

LOL klar, Jared would love you! For me I'd say my license (I'm 19 but get mistaken for younger, which isn't always as glamourous as it sounds lol) and all those plastic things that read "visa". My planner is always in my car, I need that too

I carry a small backpack with everything I need for the day. The one thing I couldn't live without is a good book to keep me occupied when things are slow. I never leave home without one.

Why have a book with you when you can read at work or type messages on a forum? If I find myself in a slow point in traffic or at a store I just smile and take my sweet time because I normally have nowhere I have to be so I can kick back and watch all the other people who feel that they have to be where they are going yesterday.

My wife accuses me of being a woman at heart-I don't go ANYWHERE without my "go bag." If I DO forget it, I am completly lost.

Of course with the climate of thefts today, and since this is often left in my unattended POV, it is highly camouflaged as a flimsy bag, and often hid alltogether. I don't mind saying that on a public forum, but use your imagination as to specifics.

                        Klar,

The books I read either pertain to my work or other subjects of interest. I am basically a glutton for knowledge.

Well, I have a toddler; so I have a mamas battlebag. There is no one thing I can do without!

I carry a backpack with bottles of water, a nappy, baby wipes, hand sanitizer, baby hat and sunglasses, my wallet, mascara, lipstick, baby jacket in case it gets chilly, buscuits in case he gets hungry...

                              NP-

                              Probably.

I have been called McGuyver and Inspector Gadget!

Once, while driving several SCUBA divers to Florida in my van, we stopped for gas and while waiting, they asked about my job, and one asked if I was carrying a gun (stupid question.) I told them "yeah," and just generally gestured toward the bag, but one of them saw my ASP.

I had to give them the nomenclature and theory of the ASP, Glock 23, Sure Fire, etc. The Instructor cut me off after about five minutes and said "all right-ENOUGH of the Home Shopping Club for terrorists!"
