I'll look at it after the children are in bed.

        PitTV

        Re: Pit bull programming

I don't know if anybody here caught it, but NatGeo channel had about 3 hours of pit bull programming on Friday night: first an hour of Cesar Millan working with a difficult pit on The Dog Whisperer, and then the two-hour premiere of the new series DogTown, dealing first with the rehabilitation of the hardest cases from the wonderful Mr. Vick's case. I'm sure both will be re-run.

Animal Cops on the Animal Planet channel also seems to have a pit bull case about every episode (the show's usually in Houston or Detroit).

          For f*ck's sake!!

Is this the popular thing to do these days amongst kids?

Just like the last one's with the cat.

Lock em up, toss the key.
When talking to a fool, be sure he isn't doing the same.

Basic observation couldn't determine that regarding an animal that had been burned "to a crisp"....Either way, there is no source presented in the article to establish that the dog was burned to death. I think it's safe to allow that a burned dog carcass was in fact found. What evidence is offered that the dog wasn't already dead when burned? I didn't see any.
An autopsy may have been done, we don't know.

            ...How does anyone know this?
Just because they didn't reveal exactly how they determined that it was 3-4 young adults who were walking the dog doesn't mean that isn't how it happened. Maybe one of them came forward with the condition that they not reveal him as the source. Maybe there was a 3rd party witness who saw them walking the dog shortly before the fire.

Supports the theory that the dog was the pet (possibly belonging to the perpetrator(s)). Have you ever tossed a towel over a dog's head to see how cute it is when they get confused and trash about until the towel falls off? They get so disoriented they could not really fight anyway.
