    K9 Trainer Angel Serrano???

    I received information that our agency may be getting a dual purpose K9 after the first of the year from the K9 University in Oklahoma City. The dog trainer is a guy named Angel Serrano and has supposedly trained police dogs in the California area for several years before moving to Oklahoma.

    Does anybody out there (mainly California guys) have any knowledge of this trainer and/or input to offer on his dogs and training expertise?
