im just curious if LEO's wear their class A uniforms when they are getting married like members of Marine Corp, Army, Navy, etc. do.

would this be looked down upon? thanks!

    stay safe.

I wore a black tux, but I don't think it would be frowned upon. Check with the boss.....your fiance as to what she thinks. Weddings are all about the BRIDE.

Agreed with MK. LoL. And I'm not just saying that because I'm a gal. Most girls (except for JMTX) dream about their wedding day from the time they are little. If they always pictured their hubby-to-be in a tux... well I'd just wear the tux. But I don't see any reason for it to be looked down upon. In fact, if I were planning on marrying a cop, I'd be fine with it. ^_^

I don;'t think it would be a problem. you are after all marring both a guy and the uniform. he is what he is.....

Actually I did too. (Not trying to give you a verbal slap, Smolla, but don't make assumptions.)

Mine was small and intimate..Us, 4 witnesses, and the priestess. No family. No white dresses, no tuxes, no photographer, no reception...just two people in love, some vows, and a home made cake I wouldn't have had it any other way.

My second marriage was in dress uniform with the groomsmen in theirs too. It was in the country at a victorian house. The dept. chaplain officiated in his class A as well. It was great.
