This question is all in fun. If there were tickets for "Questionable Taste" in regards to what people do to their vehicles, what would you give a ticket for?

Spinners, gold grills, sound systems that cost more than they paid for the car.

#1 - Those God-awful freakin mufflers that make your car sound like a go cart. If it's too loud, you can get a ticket anyway, but I still hate em.

#2 - Any racing stripes on any vehicle that has no possibility of going fast, i.e. a Dodge Neon

      #3 - A spoiler in reference to #2

#4 - TVs mounted in the front of any vehicle (illegal in my state) or TVs on in the rear of the vehicle when there's no one sitting in the back

#5 - Fake plastic spinning hubcaps. If you're going to have spinners, get the real ones

#6 - Tinted windows that are full of bubbles

      #7 - 5' long antennas

        Curb Feelers.

        Those "Crown" air fresheners.

Plastic silver chain license plate frames.

Poorly installed cheap window tint that turns purple & bubbles on the inside.

Cheesy aluminum spoilers that resemble and Erector Set from the 1970s.

        Blue fog lights.

Stickers like 'Stillen', 'Steeda', 'GT' or 'Enkei' which do nothing to make your
car go faster because it has no equipment on it from any of those companies.

Cheap aftermarket sunroofs that look like crap and end up leaking.

Cheap spoilers that look like the wing from a 747...on the back of a 1982 Ford Escort. Muffler attachments that make the car sound like a weedeater with delusions of grandeur. And, just to back up what Tennsix said...
sound systems that cost more than they paid for the car.

Having a license frame that has two marijuana leaves on it. If that isn't asking for trouble, I don't know what is...sheesh. It is like putting a target on your car that says "stop me, I smoke dope."

Pick-up trucks slammed to about an inch off the ground.
Conversly, Pick-up trucks jacked four feet off the ground.
Those little lights on the windshield wipers.
                Twinkling license plate lights.
Any vehicle having a Harley-Davidson logo, other than a Harley-Davidson....You know who you are!!!
Bumper stickers telling me that your kid is an honor student. I don't care, I just have to pay for it.
Those trooper stickers that you got suckered into buying for a modest donation. They don't sway a cop into not giving a cite.

Last night uptown my wife and I saw a Grand Am with the same type of lighting inside the roof, neon on the dash, back window tray, and underneath the car. All of it was blue. Is he asking to be pulled over and ticketed or car impounded? Once someone told me I NEED to get: clear taillights, light covers, tinted tag covers (that I did do years ago, and needless to say I now have clear ones), and neon under the car. My response was 1)"Why? My lights seem to put out enough light though they are colored red." 2)"I come out of work when it is dark sometimes and inclement weather. Why get any wetter taking stupid light covers off? I can just get in and turn my lights on and go." 3)"I got a warning about the tinted covers, so that's why I have clear ones now." 4)"Neon? I don't want to stand out/look like every other teenager's car (I was 32 at the time, and the person saying these things to me was in their early 40s ), and also why light up the road under the car? I'd rather see where I'm going. To put lights under the car I might as well as lean out the door at 60mph and try to read a book."

Couldn't they be stopped for the above mentioned plate covers? Yesterday at work while pulling trash I saw three vehicles with tinted covers (one had no front plate either), and one had a nearly solid red cover.

Has anyone else noticed the stupid dealer plate frames? I've seen some people so lazy or paranoid about a ticket they break half or 3/4 of the frame off and leave the rest on the tags.
