If you pulled up next to someone at a light, and looked over to your left (or right) and see the driver wearing this:



Is it legal to pull him over for this or would you just laugh and think "what a idiot"...

Where I work chances are that if someone was wearing that he either is going to rob someone or some store or just robbed someone or some store. Any day other than Halloween I would stop him and question someone who was wearing that and walking down the street.

Anyone wearing those fits the description of at least half a dozen open robbery cases in just about any city in the nation. Good PC for a stop.

I have to check state law, but I know our county has a specific ordinance against masks unless for religious reasons or during halloween.
