Hey guys, I've got a question, maybe you can help me. I applied for a crime scene position with a police department. I have passed my background and I went for the oral interview two weeks ago. This past thursday was two weeks.
My background investigator told me after the interview that I should hear something in two weeks. She said I should hear something by mail. I haven't heard anything yet and I am wondering if I should call and speak with my background investigator.
I have also been told by other people that I should give it atleast three weeks. What should I do? Is it okay to call my BI and ask what is going on? I don't want to seem overbearing. I have been restless this whole time and I can't wait to hear something.
Also, would it be alright to e-mail my BI? I don't want to do anything that would make me look bad. I appreciate any advice.
