What websites do you go to when looking for a police officer position? In WI we have www.wilenet.org. I am also aware of officer.com and iacp.org that has job listings. Are there any websites you can recommend to go to when looking for open positions?

    Thank you.

Many of times you can look at the Station's personal websites...

These are places I check (locally):

    http://www.cityofmadison.com/jobs.html
    http://www.ci.madison.wi.us/police/
    http://www.uwpd.wisc.edu/

And probably the most helpful for people outside of Madison, but still in WI:

Get a local map. Draw a circle around where you live. This circle should be the radius of the distance you're willing to commute to work.

Copy down on a sheet of paper all the agencies that are within that circle.

Google those cities for their websites.

      Check them every two weeks.

      Cheers,
