    You're screwed.

j/k You're fine, as long as they aren't misdemeanors.
What is it about, "Thou shalt not.....", do some people not understand?

Speeding ticets? Not here ..... I had 4 speeding and 2 equipement and 2 fail to yields and 1 expired inspection ticket on my record, and I got on under a much more conservative time in the late '70s. I thought I was so screwed when the trooper called to schedule man appointment to do my first interview when I heard his name, and then he came straight over in 5 minutes, and I opened the door, and he grinned and said "I thought your name sounded familiar".

He was great though, I still try to keep in touch with him, though I make him feel so old now ... he's retired and doing well though.

It's offenses that involve moral terpitude like larcenies and DUIs that will get their attention.
            Adios amigos.

Didn't you know you need to be perfect to be a cop?

You'll be fine. If this is the biggest thing you are worried about your in good shape. Just don't hide it.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses....Hit it!
