    Go take your ASVAB and see what the USAF can offer you. Doesn't hurt to check it out. Your ability to get a security clearance will be contingent on many factors. Without going fully into detail, simply be honest and do your job and you should do fine.

    If you still want to wear a badge and uniform, you can go see if Paul Blart's agency will hire you. All kidding aside, depending on where they put you, some security officers are paid more than police with less BS to deal with.

    At this point, the military would probably be your best bet.
    Getting shot hurts! Don't under estimate the power of live ammo. A .22LR can kill you! I personally feel that it's best to avoid being shot by any caliber. Your vest may stop the bullet, but you'll still get a nice bruise or other injury to remember the experience.
