I have a question on Army early release program for a job

I need my question to be answered by military personnel who knows about Army early release program. In Army, you can ETS up to 180 days early if you got accepted by a civilian full-time job or university. So I want to know what to fill out on DA Form 4187 and what other forms to submit to S1. Most importantly, do I absolutely need a final job offer? I received a conditional job offer from a law enforcement agency basically telling me that I'm hired as long as I pass physical and psychological exams.

Even though many here, including myself, were in the military, you are really asking the wrong type of question for these forums. "Ask a cop" and the "hiring and recruitment process questions" isn't referring to a way to discharge from the Army. I'd suggest to talk to an Army personnel specialist or your unit for a more specific answer.

I agree totally with my colleague. Talk to your First Sergeant or someone familiar with current Army ETS requirements.
