    How will I know if/when I passed the poly? I do my final interview tomorrow and heard nothing yet.

      In my experience polygraph results are one of those things that is known right after the polygraph. In my opinion, if something was amiss you would know, and probably wouldn't still be scheduled for the chief's interview.

        Met with the Public Safety Director and the President of the College, passed my poly and am now waiting for them to make the selections
