  • "Negative Dilute" urine test

I recently had my medical exam for an LE postion.....last phase of process....and the drug/pee test results came back as "negative dilute".

I was contacted by the lab that I needed to retest. I was able to get down there two hours after they called, soonest I could get off work. I told them before I provided the second sample that I drink alot of water everyday and that I would guess the results would be the same as before.

So here is the question, what happens if the results come back the same as the first time? Do I get dropped?

    Any insight would be appreciated.

For an explanation regarding negative dilutes, see: http://www.corpohs.com/images/Newsle...20Specimen.pdf

Some agencies view a second negative dilute result as an automatic DQ. As an example, see: http://www.co.clackamas.or.us/docs/des/epp51.pdf
