Deferred Probation for no Insurance

I have a lotto scratch ticket i would like to cash in - but I'm on deferred probation for no insurance. Am I still allowed to cash it or am I out of luck? It ends in August by the way.

Why would you not be able to cash in a legal lotto ticket? Or do you owe money to the court and are afraid they will find out you now have some? I guess I just dont understand why you wouldnt be able to.,

I finished my community service - only twelve hours - And today I was told that my 'Probation' ends in August - first I heard of it - I don't remember the Judge saying anything about probation. Anyway, I heard people on probation can't play the lotto. ALL I HAD was a no insurance ticket - I don't know what to do!.!
