I've arrested wanted persons hiding in places like bathrooms and showers before.

An arrest warrant is a legal command from a judge, for the police to arrest a person. If there are ANY restrictions on that, it will be spelled out in the warrant.

Why are you asking all these strange questions?
Because you guys are police and should have the answers. Plus it is a good question how you would lock the door if the person you're arresting can't lock it.

Are you on the spectrum, or what?

We’d just burn the house down so it’s Fires issue.

Or coach them what to say to the medics, so it's the psych ward's problem.

Dude, you are under stress. You're dodging a warrant and whining about possible consequences. If you don't want your door breached, dwelling left open because it can't be secured, afraid of what others will think, then walk into the courthouse early Monday morning and turn yourself in. The least of your concerns should be an officer referring to you as a bad guy.

By the way: I've been called lots of names by arrestees, few of which were 'value neutral'. You choose to cooperate or not, but you're treated accordingly.

How about perps? Does that work? I know you looney leftists were getting your panties in a bunch over that.

I huff and puff and blow the door down.

Then the scumbag goes to jail and he’s held with all the rest of those innocent persons who were deprived of their rights.

When I leave, I don’t lock doors. I have signs in my trunk, “Moving. All items Free.” I put one in the front yard.

Then don't break the law. They initiated this situation and put themselves in a position to get arrested at home. It is what it is.
