Do the majority of police agencies use the phonetic alphabet the begins with Adam, Boy, Charles? or the military one that begins with Alpha, Bravo, Charlie?

We use yellow and baker in that sequence - I used young and boy one night (previous assignment flashback). My partner nearly choked.

We use alpha bravo charlie. Every now and then I shoot a different word in there (Ocean instead of Oscar, Joker instead of Juliet)... and I'm pretty sure I once said Helo (as in the game... not sure why considering I've never played it) instead of Hotel.Comment
