I am writing a term paper for a class and I just wanted to know if any departments in the south do not polygraph. I am aware that NJ, Philly, Minnesota do not poly. Any southern state agencies?

Some, and it's completely dependent of the agency.You have the right to remain silent, but apparently you lack the skill to exercise that right.

Many smaller departments in Alabama don't do pre-employment polygraphs, but just about all of the larger agencies do. The first place that I worked didn't.Comment
