huge favor

I need a huge favor. Right now I am overseas and taking a few classes online. I need to interview a few officers, but being overseas it’s hard to get information back in time to complete the assignment. If anyone could reply back I would really appreciate it.
I am to interview several patrol supervisors from different police agencies. The question I am asking is what you consider to be the most important functions of your job?
