Escaped Inmate Jogger
Now I'm not trying to blast this cop, but he must have got crap from fellow officers later. He fi's this guy who matches the description of an escaped federal inmate, who received life for murder, and stays pretty casual with him. He ends up buying the subject's story, even after the guy gives him two different names and a bit of a far fetched story. As I understand it, Richard McNair, the escapee, is still on the run?
