I was watching a program the other day while cleaning house so I only got bits n pieces they were talking about the laws what people can be charged with and sentenced to just for having a small amount of acid or marijuana but theres a difference depending on which one you get caught with i didnt understand it and only herd parts but why is there a diff in what you would be sentened to what is the approx sentencing people get for having stuff like acid and stuff like marijuana? my email address is [email protected] please email me at that address im new here and have a hard time finding where I was still thanks

its really hard to understand what you wantall of your sentences are merged into one large sentence i think you smoked too much marijuana and dropped too many acid or whatever but usually acid aka lsd is a felony no matter the amount marijuana is different in different states so you should be more specific for further email me at [email protected] k thanks buh bye

The sentence depends on the judge. Possesion of MJ is looked at less seriously by most judges then Possesion of Acid. So you may get a small fine for MJ and a larger fine for Acid pathetic. If possesion of Acid (LSD) is a felony in your state then jail time could happen. Jail time for MJ not likley
