  • ?'s on ergo-metrics video test

Can any body help me with some questions about this video test?! I've taken it twice for Seattle LE agencys and failed it twice and it is kinda discouraging!
They tell you to use common sense and according to this video test I have not much common sense. Anyway, enough with the grip and on with the questions( if anyone could help please).

These questions are different from previous ones.

    1. While on patrol you recieve a call from dispatch that there is a fire going on at a church and you are told that there where two suspects fleeing the church. You are also told that you need to contact the pastor before arriving. You are kinda close by the church when you recieved the call. Just a minute or two later you see two guys running that match the description told to you by dispatch. Do you-
    A. apprehend the two and take them to the pastor
    B. Dont do anything to them and contact the pastor first
    C. Ignore them

    2. You recieve a disturbance call at a certain house. When you get there you find it's a party where everybody there is drunk. Under what circumstances, how do you deal with this? If it doesnt seem to rowdy do you warn the patron of the call? If it's kinda rowdy do you break it up yourself and tell everyone to go home?

And one more question(officers only). From the time you started testing how long did it take you untill you where finally employed by a LE agency?(not a video test question)

I would think that you should answer questions one and two as just do it. I am an FTO, and every training officer has their own preference on some things, and that is just one of them. On the last question, just wait, it has been going off already for several minutes, and getting there in a few more minutes will not make much of a difference. There is always a car alarm going off in a parking lot. No need to risk a crash for a car alarm.

BTW: in the video, the guy who answers the door in that scene is me.
