The fact that you have to ask tells me that there may be a problem. They're looking for a pattern of driving offenses, failures to appear, and whether your license is valid or if it has been previously suspended.Tim Dees, now writing as a plain old forum member, his superpowers lost to an encounter with gold kryptonite.

DMV printout
To add to Tim Dee's very valid points, let me add a couple of things. What departments (academies) look for in DMV records is a pattern of disregard for the law. It doesn't really matter in which state the violation occurred. Your MV history doesn't really sound all that bad at present, but as Tim noted, you don't need any more violations.

DMV offers different printouts, make sure to order the full one with everything on it.
Also, sign up at my site before getting into the academy. My files will help you a lot.

for the academy self sponsored right? to see if you have a valid DL to drive / defensive driving / EVOC would be the immediate concern.
watch your driving and take advantage of traffic school should another pop up in the near future.....
