Does anyone know about this academy?

I was looking at self sponsored academies and came across The Victoria College Police Academy in Victoria, Texas. Has anyone been through this academy or know anything about it. It says it is at risk status with the TCLEOSE, doesn't sound good for this school. But the wording seemed like colleges I hear that are having accredidation problems but need to do a few administrative things to keep it. Anybody else been through an academy in Texas on your own that didn't require going through a polygraph and psych test like a regular recruiting process?
