Anyone ever deal with Chief Proctor from MPD

Has anyone had any dealings with Chief Sonya Proctor, the ex Chief from MPD in DC? She is currently the Police Chief at Amtrak PD. She has been here almost a year and we still have not figured out her style. Thanks

More a poltician and token then a cops cop so she will go whichever way the political winds blow her. Please don't expect much support as an individual officer. She will kiss the butt of the union enmass but that's it.

Chief Proctor MPD

Have never dealt with Chief Proctor personally, but am familiar with the type. They spend the minimum of time as "real cops" ,ie: shagging calls, cutting reports, etc. They move rapidly through the ranks, and have a real ability to kiss ***. They'll sell an Officer down the river in a minute, in the least bit of controversy. They've never really been cops, so we can't really expect them to act like one.
