I recived an honorable dicharge from the USAF (security forces) last Aug. I also have 2 yrs expierance with the TN Dept of Corrections. I recently passed the written exam for my city pd and the agility test. I have an interview on 25 Aug at 8 am where i have to have a 15 min presentation prepared on "liability in law enforcement". I can't find any info on the web or the local library on this topic. I could give 15 min on examples of "if's" but i really would like to impress the board. Does anyone have any suggestions such as websites, books, mags,or anything. Would be greatly appriciated. Thank You.

Your title sounds a little vague. Do you mean "Officers' Civil Liability in Law Enforcement"? If so, then you should find tons of material on http://www.google.com by entering something like:
lawsuit brutality law enforcement
Here is California, the lawsuit capitol of the world, cops are being sued all the time. Various law enforcement sites like P.E.R.S. have resources available to that talk about police officers' rights (another great search phrase) and how to protect yourself from lawsuits, frivolous and otherwise.
