I want an 'ask a firemedic' section on here too. Is that ok with you 'blue bleeders'?

I'll probably get gas tomorrow so I'll ask Raheeb behind the counter if we should have an "Ask Raheeb" section too.

started a topic The "Ask a Cop" section...

    The "Ask a Cop" section...

This area is so tricky-it's listed as "Ask a cop", but I find myself, along with others, who feel like we can answer or add to the threads that are posted and I am not a cop, but rather in a support role (clerical).

Can we assume that 'ask a cop' replies should pertain to if it's a specific law enforcement topic that only a cop should answer, then us non-LEO's should try not to respond? I often find, after I've answered, that I was in the Ask a cop section...then I feel like I screwed up and shouldn't have posted, but it's usually on something rather generic.

How strict are you moderators on this?

I guess it will depend on the questions asked? As you pointed out in the closed 'sticky:ask a cop' thread, some things should be posted elsewhere?

    Just wondering...
