Hey, last post went unanswered. Figured it was my fault (Too boring) so here's the short story. I think someone attempted to burn my place down, but the officer that checked it out said there was nothing I could do. Anyone disagree with him?

Question: How do you try to burn someone's house down. I thought that was either something you did or did not.

Most of the details are in my post "please advise" but essentially, I noticed burn marks on my fence, in a manner that would imply it was intentional, and I suspect someone I know would actually try to do something like that.
