Uniform Question

Are the creases sewn in or just pressed in? If there just pressed in you can take some very thin fishing line and put it in the crease on the inside then Iron it so it melts and it will hold it for a very very very long time. If its sewn in might just have to get a new shirt.

Well my department won't pay for my embriodery on my mock(must display the department letters) and I PERSONALLY think a tie looks better, but that is just my liking

Hey all, I had a quick question regarding the uniform shirt. Our department uses a shirt with the three creases stitched into the back of the uniform(I ASSUME most departments use this) but my uniform shirt is getting old and the creases dont stand out the best. Have any of you had this problem and if so, how did you bring new life to those creases? I'm curious because as we approach the fall season, I hope to wear a nicely creased longsleeve with a tie (opposed to a crappy longsleeve with a mock turtle like last year). Any help appreciated

Probably looking at a new shirt.....or you can starch the hell out of it and then iron....I would get magic sizing starch as in my military experiance that holds the best...just me though I only wear the tie for dress occasions and court.
