Ok, when the panel asks you a question, is it better to think about your answer for a while, and then answer, or do they like it better if you start talking, and come up with the answer as you go along?

After they ask the question:
Pause for a brief moment (1 or 3 seconds) analyze, and answer the question.
Make eye contact with the original person who asked the question, and as you answer the question, and elaborate move your eyes and make contact with the remainder panel, As you finish the question, make your final eye contact with the person who asked the question. Does this make sense, I'm typing at 630 am after a 14 hour shift.
