  • Drinking/smoking in a cabin?

I am thinking of having a birthday party for a friend of mine in a cabin type thing on a lake and in order to make the pricing reasonable we need 13 people, a few of which I know smoke weed. My question is, if they ignore my instructions and bring it to the cabin what kind of trouble can the person who booked the room get into, does it all fall on them or the person that brought/possesses the weed? Thanks!

    Drinking/Smoking In A Cabin?

Where this will occur will help us formulate an answer. If it is near you in Wisconsin it is one thing, but in other places is something else. For example, in Eau Claire, WI, you might get a citation, but in Toronto Canada they may put you in mayor's office and make you serve as interim mayor until Rob Ford is back from drug treatment.

Have eleven people who aren't the pot-smoking, loser types, kick in a few dollars more and spare the drama. If you have friends who ignore your instructions on breaking the law, get new friends or move somewhere that pot is legal.
