  • BI and Medical

I have always wondered how do BI find medical information on the applicant? When I had my BI done my BI had everything? Is there an online database?

You'll fill out a form then once you receive a conditional offer of employment you'll go to the doctor to get checked.

I think I must have worded the question wrong. When do BI does a back round how does he get my medical history. Is there a national data base.

No, there isn't. You'll also sign a medical release that allows them to get information from your dr.

O okay. I appreciate it. The BI had all my information in regards to medical history. He asked about a torn acl I had years ago. I was curious on to the polygraph. Thanks and god bless. Stay safe.
