The CV's the State Police have here are limited to 125mph, although in a pursuit we had one car up to 130. They are smooth at that speed though-on an interstate.

My personal car (01 SS) can blow the doors off my 01 Crown Vic. even outrun a Camaro interceptor, but it can't outrun radio waves.
I thought that the 4.6 engine was the same as in Mustang GT- if so doesn't it have larger fuel rods (rials) and larger air intake? Kinda like chevy does to the LS1 for corvette vs camaro (Same engine but slight diferences give the Vette more HP).

They're nothing much special. You can buy a new vic from Ford Delar and order some parts to make a Interceptor.

At least Caprice get LT1(vette) engine for 9C1 Package. Wich Regular caprice don't have. Then they came out with IMPALA's which were civilian version of 9c1 packaged Caprices.
