If he was subpeoned, or otherwise ordered by the court to appear, and fails to do so, the Judge can do one of two things. Order the subject to appear to show cause why he shouldn't be held in Contempt of Court. Issue a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear.

A Friend of mine Filled an Injunction for repeat violence this week. They wanted to know whats happens if the person they filled the injunction doesnt show up the day of the court hearing?
