I was once stopped by US Customs because my friend had a roach in his ashtray. We were not arrested and no one was charged, and I had done nothing wrong. However, I still disclosed it. It was noted by my BI and we moved on.

Generally speaking, if you have to ask, go ahead and tell. Trying to hide something or even inadvertently not disclosing something will have far more serious consequences.

Now that you've thought of it, ABSOLUTELY disclose it. Otherwise it's going to screw you over on your polygraph.

Sounds much more like counseling than an arrest. Disclose the situation at the appropriate time in your application. Shouldn't be a problem.

Quick question,
Back when I was 16 years old, me and my friends were out being stupid and throwing eggs at people. Someone took the plate, called the cops, and my buddy who was driving the car was contacted by the PD and asked to bring all the passengers in the car to come in and have a talk. They sat us down in the station, gave us a talk about making the right decisions, and let us go. As far as I know this didnt go on our records, but will it come up in a BI, should it be noted when applying for a department, and is it considered being "arrested"
