A question about the academy?

Hey guys, I was reading some websites the other day and noticed a lot of Police academy recruits fail out due to firearms or EVOC training. What exactly fails them? The times or the technique?

Because they can't shoot or drive

Its the people who you try to school and help along the way that just dont listen to you. Everything you say goes in one ear and out the other and you give up. Some people just cant drive or shoot.
