About the PHQ

I am going through a PHQ right now and some of the questions ask if I have looked at things. Well I have never "looked" but have seen and just not paid attention to it. So my question is, do seeing and looking fall under the same category?

What are the questions asking you? Please be more specif. Anything you can see with your eyes means you have looked at something .

Just be honest and explain all yes answers were it tells you to.
