A comprehensive MEB (Monadnock Expandable Straight Baton) Instructor Course to certify qualified private and public law enforcement personnel. Other brands of expandable or rigid straight batons are also accepted under this certification.
The OCAT (Oleoresin Capsicum Aerosol Training) Instructor Course is designed for law enforcement officers. Instructor Certification entitles you to teach the 4 hour basic OCAT class. Other brands of OC are accepted under this certification.
