    I was busy and couldn't make it to the gym and came up with this...

    start your stop watch and immediately do 10 push ups. Rest until the top of each minute and do 10 more push ups. Dp this for 30 minutes. You will end up doing 300 push ups. I changed them up: 100 close grips, 100 wide grips, and 100 incline push ups. This sounds easy, but it's actually a pretty good workout. Then do the same thing for abs. I did 100 sit-ups, 100 crunches, and 100 rowing exercises(that's the worse one of all). Give it a try and tell me what you think. It can either be 1-2, 30 min. workouts or 1, 1 hour workout.
