COURSE DESCRIPTION: This presentation will examine cases of Russian and Armenian Organized Crime involved in healthcare fraud generating millions of dollars from government programs as a form of fund raising for their organizations.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

 Enhance skills necessary to recognize similar types of crime that normally do not attract much attention by law enforcement and the healthcare community
 Understand the structure of Russian and Armenian Organized Crime Organizations
 Understand the methods involved in healthcare fraud
 Explain the depth of healthcare fraud in the Russian and Armenian Immigrant Communities of Los Angeles
