The OCAT (Oleoresin Capsicum Aerosol Training) Instructor Course is designed for law enforcement officers. Tactical concepts focused on how, why and when to use OC in a variety of situations make this program the most effective, court defensible, and state-of-the-art OC training program of its kind in the country.
